For my 40th birthday Lance, Barbara, and Judith came up to Chico to celebrate with us. Barbara made a truly scrumptious 10 layer chocolate mint cake and she brought supplies for the girls to help her decorate it. They made chocolate butterflies out of colored white chocolate and melted chocolate, it was a very fun process! The girls even wore their matching butterfly aprons that Aunt Barbara had made for them. Judith didn't get any cake, but she enjoyed watching the ceiling fans with Uncle Lance! And I had a terrific birthday!
